Farran's FES-19/15/12/10/06/05 Frequency Extension Sources are test equipment to extend the frequency range of customer owned Signal Generators (Agilent, Anritsu, R&S).

The FES modules consist of solid state multipliers and allow multiplication of low frequency signals (< 20 GHz) to a range from 40 GHz to 220 GHz.
