DescriptionThe 150GHz Radiometer consists of an SPM-06 sub-harmonic mixer with an input RF range of 148-152 GHz and an LO frequency of 75 GHz supplied by a GN-12 Gunn Oscillator. A low noise IF amplifier is connected directly to the IF port of the sub-harmonic mixer and the IF bandwidth is defined by an IF bandpass filter. The antenna, consisting of a corrugated horn and lens, is mounted directly to the input RF port of the sub-harmonic mixer. |
